Gallagher Solutions, in conjunction with the Nonprofit Risk Management Center, have developed a range of resources and support services for Australian nonprofit organisations, including two web-based programs, CARES and My Risk Evaluator.

My Risk Management Plan is a program that assists in the development of a documented risk management plan.

Develop a custom plan - This program will help you develop a risk management plan that reflects your organisation's needs, priorities and culture. Your final plan will consist of only those elements or sections you choose to feature. You will be offered the opportunity to either select from template language or draft or insert your own original language.

My Risk Management Plan was developed with the understanding that every nonprofit has some risk management policies or activities already in place.

MY RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN

Borrowing from the concept of a “do it yourself employee handbook,” My Risk Management Plan software will enable an organisation to compile a risk management plan following a user-friendly online template.

The program will compile the user’s responses to various multiple choice and fill-in-the-blank questions in a final plan that can be saved to the user’s hard drive or printed directly from the program.

Users of My Risk Management Plan will be able to:

  • develop a customised risk management plan over a two-week period
  • return to the secure Web site at any time to update their answers and generate an updated version of their plan.

My Risk Management Plan offers tremendous flexibility. You can add a custom module covering special areas of interest in your nonprofit and draft original statements of policy as you progress through the program.

The software is accessible and easy-to-use. If you can access the Internet, you can access My Risk Management Plan and begin polishing your risk management program without delay.

AFFORDABLE

With a cost of only $275 (incl. GST) per single license per organisation / location, the program is an affordable, time-saving tool. There is also an annual subscription fee of $25 (incl. GST) to renew membership of My Risk Management Plan after an initial 12 month period.

CARES

My Risk Management Plan can be purchased as a combined package with a subscription to the CARES web site (www.cares.org.au), at only $365 (incl. GST) per single license per organisation / location. Once the combined 12-month license of My Risk Management Plan and CARES expires there will be an annual subscription fee of $50 (incl. GST).

If you're already a subscriber to My Risk Management Plan, you may upgrade to enjoy access to the full menu of products and resources on CARES for only $50 (incl. GST).
