What a resource for Canadian nonprofits & charities! Welcome to the CANADIAN VERSION of My Risk Management Plan (MRMP). Please Note: to ensure you continue getting to this Canadian site, and not the U.S. site where your password will not work, please note the URL here (website address) ends with: /canada Our Canadian Centre, the Insurance & Liability Resource Centre for Nonprofits, has partnered with the United States' Nonprofit Risk Management Center (the creator of the software) to offer this special Canadian version of MRMP. How is this version different than the original U.S. version? Other than a handful of additions to the content (which we will continue to make from time to time), most of our changes relate to differences in spelling, terminology (province instead of state), and law. We believe Canadian nonprofits will find MRMP to be far more than just a risk management policy template. The wording in this software represents the compilation of over a decade of molding by the experts at the Nonprofit Risk Management Center, near Washington, D.C. In our opinion this organization's website (www.nonprofitrisk.org), books and materials are the gold standard for nonprofits needing assistance in the large world of risk management.
