Help is Available!

If you encounter any difficulty using My Risk Management Plan, please contact the Nonprofit Risk Management Center by telephone at (202) 785-3891 for assistance. Office hours are 8:30 am - 6:00 pm, Monday-Friday. You may also reach us by email at info@nonprofitrisk.org. Please indicate "MRMP Help" in the subject line of your email.

If an error code appears at any time while you are using the software, please copy the URL at the top of the screen and paste this into your email message describing the problem you are having with the program. Doing so will enable our programmers to quickly diagnose your problem.

Like any new online tool, My Risk Management Plan will not work optimally for all users under all circumstances. However, a great deal of time has been spent designing the program so that any errors that do arise can be resolved quickly.
